Thanks for supporting Banksia — we appreciate every order and do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic shipping (Australia) Once dispatched, delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and chosen carrier. Generally you can expect:

• Metro areas: 3–7 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

International shipping We ship worldwide! International delivery timeframes vary by destination, but generally expect 10–21 business days once dispatched. Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer — these vary by country and are outside our control.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your board on its way to you.

PO Boxes We're happy to deliver to PO boxes within Australia. Please note, this my incur include additional fees.
